Our introduction

EAAL Foundation

EAAL Foundation is a grass root NGO aims at empowering communities by investing in Educational and Capacity Building Initiatives.
The Foundation fosters connection of young people with each other and build their capacity to explore opportunities locally and internationally.
We believe young people have the potential to change their narrative and that of their families/community if empowered.

Our governance and staffing teams
The Foundation is duly registered as a company limited by guarantee under the companies act, 2015 in 2023. We are lean with two Directors, Interim CEO, Legal Counsel, Programs Manager, Mentors and volunteers. The day to day running of the Foundation is overseen by the Interim Chief Executive Officer support by a substantive Programs Manager and Administrator.
